The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has published a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind projects.
The NOI as well as the Project’s Construction and Operations Plan is available on the BOEM website.
The NOI initiates a 30-day public comment period that ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on November 1, 2021. During the public comment period, BOEM will be hosting three virtual scoping meetings where you can learn more about project, ask questions, and provide oral testimony.
The virtual scoping meetings will be held on:
• Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET
• Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM ET
• Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET
