On June 30th, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) published a Notice of Intent (NOI) to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement for the Vineyard Wind South Offshore Wind Project. A 30-day comment period is in effect June 30th through July 30th with three public scoping meetings.
