ROSA is seeking input from the public on their recent Draft Interim Fisheries Resources Research, Survey, and Monitoring Guidelines. The draft guidelines build on and update existing BOEM guidance, outlining the fundamental elements to include in offshore wind fisheries survey and monitoring plans and identifying the primary resources to help draft and review such plans.
