The New England wind developers are funding free COVID-19 tests for fishermen in New Bedford. The initiative is being funded by the New England Wind Development Area (WDA), which consists of Vineyard Wind, Eversource/Ørsted, Mayflower Wind, and Equinor. Together, the companies pooled more than $40,000 to pay for the testing.
