A USACE permit has been filed for the New London port expansion, which would support Revolution Wind, Sunrise Wind, South Fork Wind, and other projects. The proposed work would be located at the State Pier in New London, CT on the Thames River. The proposed two-phase State Pier infrastructure improvement project includes demolition activities, fill between the two existing piers, onshore site work, and in-water activities in the Thames River.
